She is 5’5”, 145 pounds, and was last seen wearing a white flowered dress, black tights, and flip flops. She has black hair, brown eyes, and tattoos on her neck, right shoulder, and upper right arm. She has a tattoo on the side of her chest, and scars on her left cheek and abdomen. Her name may also be spelled as ‘Michele’ or ‘Michelle’. She may also use the last name Hector.

Wanda Lee Ann Priddy

Wanda Priddy (nee Miller and/or Lundin) was born on January 21st, 1958. She was 5’4”, 120 pounds, and was last seen in Port Lavaca, Texas. Wanda married her husband and move to Port Lavaca after graduating from Harlingen high school. She would call her mom over in Harlingen once a week.

Wanda went missing on August 29th, 1978 on the 200 block of south nueces street in Port Lavaca. Her husband was the last person to see her. He came home from his night job at 6:30 in the morning and found their residence deserted and their door open. Wanda’s keyes and purse were left in the apartment, and her car was parked. The only clothes of hers that were gone was a pair of jeans and 2 t-shirts.

Other than her husband, a coworker of his was one of the last people to have seen her, as they had picked up the husband for work before she disappeared. Her husband said that she was acting normally and seemed happy. Allegedly, she had spoken to two people at their apartment before disappearing.

Wanda’s case is speculated to be connected to the disappearance of Kathryn Collins, who missing from Port Lavaca just 3 years later in 1981. There was a man that police questioned who knew both women, and there wasn’t any evidence that could link him to either case, and he passed away in 1991.

She is considered missing endangered. She was last seen wearing a multicolored halter top, blue jeans, and brown shoes.

According to the Texas divorce index, Fred Priddy (her husband), and Wanda Priddy were legally divorced on December 5th, 1978. They had only been married a year before on January 15th, 1977.

Kathryn Elizabeth Collins

Kathryn Collins was born on July 17th, 1951 or 1957 (namus implies 57, charleyproject implies 51). She had brown hair, brown eyes, 5’5”, 125 pounds, and was 23 at the time of her disappearance. Kathryn had a small scar on her upper lip, and two scars from a hernia surgery. Potential aliases include Kathryn O’Bryant and Kathryn Troth.

Kathryn had moved from Blessing, Texas to Lolita about a month before her disappearance. She lived next to the fire station in Lolita. She had worked in Bay City for a company called ‘Brown and Root’, and had quit before her disappearance.

She was last seen on the morning of April 1st, 1981, at about 8:45 am, with a flat tire on the causeway leading to Port Lavaca. She drove a brown capri. Witnesses said that a light or white colored van appeared to give her some help with changing the tire, and was last seen with the driver of the van.

Kathryn had a 3 year old son that she left with her boyfriend’s parents in Lolita, having traveled to Port Lavaca to go to the doctor.

The sister of Kathryn’s boyfriend (Michael Covarrubiaz), Lucy, stated that she wouldn’t have left her son, and had a lot of money on her since she was also going to pay for groceries after the doctor appointment.

The last development stated that Kathryn’s son had been taken into the custody of his maternal grandmother.

Charles Wane Dodd

Charles Dodd was born on May 17th, 1911. He was 5’5”, 115 pounds, had grey hair, and blue eyes. He walked with a limp since one leg was shorter than the other, and had an ortho plate in his left leg. He reportedly only had his two upper front teeth. Charles also went by ‘Charlie’, and his middle name was also sometimes spelled as ‘Wayne’. On August 1st, 1985, Charles went missing in Dallas, Texas. He was never seen again. Authorities believed that he may have been taken against his will. There do not seem to be anymore details to his story unfortunately. Charles’ family has since considered him deceased, marking his disappearance as his death date.

Dorothy Jean Richardson

Dorothy Jean (also known as Dorothy Howard) was born on June 2nd, 1960 (Charley project lists her birthday as June 6th). She went missing from Abilene, Texas on June 30th, 1981 and is considered as endangered missing. At the time of her disappearance, she was 21 years old, 5’3”, and 115 pounds. She had blonde hair (though it is naturally brown), blue eyes, and wore glasses. She may also use the initials ‘D.J.’ and spell her name as ‘Dorthy’.

Dorothy was last seen after an argument with her husband and was never heard from again. She did not take her car, since it was inoperable, and left on foot. Foul play is suspected in her disappearance.

Please contact the Abilene police if you have any information (325-673-8331).

Elizabeth Theresa Bishop

Elizabeth Bishop (nickname Terri) was born on August 11th, 1961 and went missing on October 2nd, 1981. She is considered endangered missing. At the time of her disappearance, she was about 5’6 or 7”, and weighed anywhere between 110-125 pounds. Her last known outfit were blue jeans, an either white or beige blouse with multicolored stripes, and she was carrying a large dark brown purse. Elizabeth had brown auburn hair, and blue hazel eyes.

Terri was last seen talking to some unknown men around Diamond Jim’s, a nightclub on Butternut street in Abilene, TX. She was never heard from again. The authorities suspected Henry Lee Lucas a potential suspect, and though he was interviewed over ten times, he constantly denied any involvement. Lucas had been previously convicted of the 1979 murder of an unidentified Texas female and sentenced to death. George H.W. Bush (the governor at the time) commuted Lucas’ sentence to life in prison before his schedule execution in 1999. Lucas died in prison, but claimed to have killed about 600 people, yet was also known for confessing to crimes that he did not commit. He is also suspected for having killed Eva DeBruhl, and Cheryl Scherer.

Interestingly, Elizabeth Bishop went missing just months after Dorothy Jean did, both from the same town.

Tamera Ellen McCurry

Tamera McCurry was born on February 17th, 1960. At the time of her disappearance, she was 5’6”, 125 lbs, and 22 years old. Tamera went missing from Galveston, TX on July 1st, 1982 after last being seen getting into an orange or yellow van. There is a possibility that she may have been 3 months pregnant. Tamera had a scar near her left eyebrow, and went by the nickname Tami. She may have used the last name Norris, or different name of Jessica Simmons. Her name is also listed as Tamara sometimes.

Wayne Moore also known as Buddy, was born on August 4th, 1942. At the time of his disappearance, he was 49 years old. He was 5’9”, 140 pounds, had brown hair and green eyes. Wayne had a scar on the left side of his chest and had a pace maker. Wayne disappeared from Pasadene, Texas. He was last seen at his home in a silver 1984 Datsun pickup truck with the license plates of ‘9069EV’. Four days after he disappeared, his truck was found abandoned and burned.

Richard K. Roberts

Richard, also known as Skinny, went missing on July 13th, 1992 from Teague, TX. He was born on June 8th, 1917. At the time, he was 75 years old. Skinny was last seen wearing a red and blue flanned shirt, a white t-shirt, gray pants, gray shoes, and a white had that said ‘Teague Lions’ in orange letters. He walked away from the Teague Nursing home that he was a patient of. Richard is considered disabled, and had an artificial leg below his left knee. He is considered endangered missing.

Roger Udo Reinhard

Roger Reinhard was born on November 17th, 1962. He was 6’1”, 215 lbs, with brown hair and green eyes. Roger had gotten married on August 25th, 1984 in Bexar county, to and Edith F Roberts. On August 25th, 1986, his 2 year anniversary, Roger was last seen in San Antonio, reportedly planning to travel to Dallas. Roger was never heard from again. Interestingly, there seems to be a public record of an address in San Antonio in 1998, though this does not lead to anything. In an obituary for what I presume to be his father, Max Edwin Reinhard, Roger is listed as living in 1992.
